Short Term Goals

1. Develop board of directors, task leaders, strategic plan, and obtain 501(c)(3) status from IRS.
2. Acquire easement from Heritage Land Bank for trail development
3. Build strong public standing and establish corporate partnerships.
4. Build capital funds for trail development.
5. Finalize trail design and physically mark centerline.
6. Hire contractors and establish volunteer base for trail work.

Long Term Goals

1. Develop a four-season, multi-use trail system in the Glacier/Winner Creek Valley.
2. Create a sustainable nonprofit structure to maintain, groom, and enhance trail system, and provide instruction, information and competition. 
3. Create dedicated trails in the Girdwood Valley.
4. Integrate trail system with other local trails and possibly cabin rentals.
5. Offer ski programs, summer clinics, and instruction for residents and visitors.
